Youfoodz wanted to grow its customer base and re-target existing customers by promoting its menu in a new and creative way.

To increase orders from both new and existing customers, Youfoodz used the collection ad format to reach its target audience on mobile devices in Australia.
For the launch of its new autumn menu, Youfoodz shared a series of videos featuring the new meals. The vibrant videos loaded instantly on mobiles in high resolution, showcasing its delicious food.
Viewers could scroll down on their mobile screens to see individual photos of each meal in a catalogue format—a feature unique to the collections ad format. People could easily make a purchase by tapping a meal image, which linked to the corresponding product page on the Youfoodz website.
The images Youfoodz chose to feature were new menu items, selected specifically to appeal to new and existing customers.
Youfoodz used data gathered from the Facebook pixel on its website to create Custom Audiences for more accurate retargeting. To reach new customers, the brand also created lookalike audiences based on its existing database.
